All orders require a signature upon delivery via courier.

 

Our Returns Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs),

as long as the item is returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact.

Goods must be unworn and unwashed.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error.

We cannot accept returns on the following:

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.

- Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.

- Garments must be unworn and unwashed. Fill out the returns & exchanges section on the invoice form that was included in your parcel and return to the address provided.

 

After we have received your return item, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. We aim to process returns the

day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a little longer. Please allow up to 5 days for refunds to be credited to

your original payment method.

- Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

- In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we’ll be happy to replace it for you.
